COFERT

BIO-FERTILIZER PRODUCTION

COFERT is a research and development project co-funded by Eco-innovation Initiative of the European Union. The project aims to implement algae based process which is able to capture, sequester and recycle CO2 from biogas plants (including those installed in Wastewater Treatment plants). The project aims to scale-up microalgae-based cultivation process, to reduce energy consumption of micro-algae harvesting process, and to produce slow-release bio-fertilizer from the micro-algae biomass.

Micro-algae contain growth hormones which promote various plants growth, allow improved seed germination, root development, earlier flowering, and uniform fruit development. In this project FeyeCon is focused on extraction of these compounds. For more information please contact us or visit: http://cofert-ecoinnovation.com
